Privacy & disclaimer
A personal site that collects almost nothing. Here is exactly what it does.
Almost nothing. There is no advertising, no tracking pixel, and no cookie set on your browser by this site.
There is analytics, and it is worth being precise about. This site runs Umami, which I host myself: it records that a page was viewed, roughly where in the world from, which site referred you, and what kind of device you used. It sets no cookies, does not follow you between sites, and builds no profile of you. The data goes to a database I run, not to an advertising company — nobody else receives it.
If you use the contact form, it collects your name, your email address, and your message. Those are sent to my email inbox and are not stored in this site's database. I use them to read what you sent and to reply. The message stays in my mailbox in the ordinary way email does.
This is the part worth knowing, because it happens without you clicking anything. Every page showing a price chart loads a TradingView widget directly in your browser. TradingView therefore sees your IP address, your browser details, and which ticker page you are looking at, and may set its own cookies in that frame. That is TradingView's data, under their privacy policy, not mine.
Beyond that: the site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps ordinary server logs, and contact messages are delivered by Resend. The analytics runs on my own subdomain rather than a third party's. The market data providers are contacted by the server, never by your browser, so nothing about you is sent to them.
There is one, and it is not for you. Signing in is restricted to a single account — mine — and that session cookie only ever exists in my own browser. Reading the site sets nothing, which is the reason there is no cookie banner in your way: the analytics is cookieless, so there is nothing to ask consent for.
An email you chose to send me is the only thing here tied to you, and the way to have it removed is to ask. The analytics holds no identifier that could pick you out of it, so there is no account to close and no profile to export.
Nothing here is investment advice. It is one person thinking about companies in public, and the positions described are my own.
The numbers come from free market-data tiers, are cached for up to a day, and are computed by code I wrote. Treat them as roughly right rather than authoritative: prices lag, some fields read n/a because no source carries them, and indicators are my calculations rather than an exchange's. Do not rely on them for a decision that matters without checking the figure somewhere that guarantees it.
